Meet Attorneys Duncan and Simon
Attorney Jonathan Duncan seemed to know from a young age that he would be an attorney. He quickly pursued his dream by completing college and law school immediately after high school.
Attorney Jay M. Simon enjoys a rich legal legacy from his father, J. Minos Simon. First focusing on raising his family, Jay worked in real estate, trucking and management, and after providing a solid foundation for his family, he returned to school to complete his law degree.
In 2002, attorneys Duncan and Simon decided to partner together as a legal team and created our law firm, Duncan & Simon, L.L.C. Agreeing the focus of the firm would be client centered and service oriented, the two committed to making law accessible to anyone.
